Courtney: scrambled eggs and a sweet potato
Lunch –
tuna w/salsa, cilantro, avocado, peppers
Snacks –
Ken: grapefruit, blueberry muffin Larabar, beer
Courtney: Chocolate Chili, beer
Dinner –
Cilantro Lime Garlic Shrimp, avocado, & grilled asparagus
Feeling –
Ken: normal
Courtney: tons of energy in the first half of the day (woke up at 3:30 wide awake and didn’t go back to sleep), but uncomfortable tired after work
Thought about making sweets and quitting today 😦
